“Had such a great experience today! First time eating here. Probably the first time I saw that there wasn't a long line. But, after having eaten here i see exactly WHY its so popular. I very polite red curly haired kid took my order and my payment. His manners really stuck out to me. If more kids had manners and customer service skills like that the world would be a lot better. Anyway, besides the service.. the fries OMG. THe exact amount of crispness and soft potato inside, especially for being thin fries. Right about of salt and you could eat them with or without ketchup. And the burger.. its better than Frisko Free@e, but with that same local familiar taste...like your favorite uncle was on the BBQ grill at home (not dad, but cool uncle jerry was on the grill)!! When i looked inside I saw every person working as fast as they could. A great team for sure. Oh and the prices!! Jeez what a steal. My true recommendation is DONT PASS THIS UP. YOU CANT BEAT THE VALUE FOR THE QUALITY FOR THE SPEED OF SERVICE + the QUALITY of service . A+++. That kid at the window, his parents should be proud. Those business is doing it RIGHT!! LOD stool values and customer service. Im embarrassed for McDonald's being right across the street..they dont even compare!“

“My husband and I both got the 12 Burger. Soo delicious! The PB and jelly on the burger, with bacon and cheese. Best combo ever!! Only thing I would improve on was more jam. Asked for more, little too late, burger was 75% gone but was accommodated nonetheless. Def made a big improvement, even though it was delicious anyway. Cooked perfectly, as well. The fries were crisp and the garlic aioli was tasty! The service was friendly and efficient! Def will be back!!“

“Just went there for the first time and we were super impressed with how fast our food came out! I ordered the breakfast burrito and it was hands down the best breakfast burrito I have ever had, normally places have way too much eggs in them but not here! Perfect! Great coffee too. Our waitress was super kind and cool as well!

“Dusty’s is great. The food is awesome and the staff are lovely… However, I am from out of town and I think I left my glasses there. I cannot get ahold of anyone on the phone or via FB. The phone number rings to a voicemail box that asks for a remote access code and no one has responded to my FB message. If someone sees this from Dusty’s please reach out. I’d like to know if my glasses are there.“

“These are the best Phillies I have ever had in Tacoma Washington, great flavor; original was amazing and the mushroom Philly was my favorite. Burgers were also tasty but I recommend the Phillies are what is worth it here, fries are hella good too, onion rings were way overcooked so please fix that or maybe use more fresh oil because those onion rings were hard and crunchy.“

“We went here on a whim. Thank goodness, because it was the BEST garden burger I’ve had in YEARS! Actually maybe over a decade? The lettuce was delicately folded, the tomato seasoned. The patty was delicious. And huge! The fries were so good, and so was the fry sauce. I am so happy we stopped in! My kids loved their burgers and shakes. I am so excited to finally find a place to eat a delicious garden burger! It’s been years since I’ve been excited about a restaurant. The service was also top notch (they clearly care deeply and are knowledgeable and friendly). The space is clean and tidy. I can’t wait to come back. I just wish we lived closer!“

Great place the the lady and gentleman at the front counter we're very friendly.
They were helpful when trying to decide what I wanted to eat. I order the sourdough cheese and bacon burger meal.
I paid they gave me a number I sat down at a table.
Had a little conversation with a friend I was with. It was a great atmosphere wasn't too loud. Food came in less than 10 minutes. It was very good at a reasonable price.“

“Finally gave this place a try. Glad we did. We’ve spent a lot of time in Scotland where they do Haddock and chips very well. So I was much amazed to see Haddock and Chips on their menu. Not Cod or wildly expensive Halibut, but Haddock. And it was excellent. Beautifully done, chips were perfect and tartar sauce was great. Nice space and friendly atmosphere. “5 guys already has an excellent way of showing that they are one of the kings at making burgers with their amazing way of preparing fries and using fresh ingredients. They never fail at great customer service and its so enjoyable to walk in any burger joint and always hear patties sizzling fresh. Their prices are definitely worth the flavor, specialy the burger size! Cajun fries always make the car smell amazing, I only wish they sold an air freshener for my car with that smell. I rather save some money and go to five guys than to spend it on cheaper mid burgers. Thank you for taking care of my taste buds, for that ... you are now family.“

They have never messed up an order, the food is always fresh, and using the app makes everything quick and easy.
