“I was on the for a 3 hr drive from Portland on my to Seattle I stopped by the tacoma mall just to look around and get something to eat before going on my way..This young black girl working at the DQ she was very rude I was in line actually the first one in line..she just passed me and ask the other people who's in line and I standing in front of her!??good 20 min waiting for her to finish whatever she was doing! If was a manager I get her fired! Poor customer service and attitude ? I left!

“It’s cute and froyo taste good, but there is always something wrong with one or more of their options. I brought it up to the worker behind the desk and she said “it’s frozen so it won’t come out” made no sense to me! After that we barely go once a month now and found a better place.“

“Cookies are consistently pretty good. Deliver well too, though they can get a bit messy from shifting around if you get the larger packs and not singles.

Only real downside I've had with anything is that the app doesn't update delivery information very well once you've placed an order. It'll say it's still being made and be almost at my house, or that it'll arrive in a few minutes and still be at the store.

That's really my only complaint though besides the fact that they can be a little pricey, and the mini cookies being available more often now does mitigate that a little.

Cookie flavors are great more often than not, my favorite's the wedding cake.“
