“Cute little place! They have a good variety of treats. We had the mango smoothie, lots of goodies in it! A piece of cake from the cooler near the door, it was firm and moist, allot of whip cream. We also had the
Chicharrones they were tasty!
Service was quick and pleasant. Atmosphere was colorfully decorated but there was some construction plastic curtains hanging in the dining area. Otherwise, this place is a hidden gem in Des Moines, we'll go back again!“

“This post deserves a SHARE and it’s public! I ventured out to Creamy Cone Cafe (a Black owned small business) for the first time today. The post about the grilled cheese on croissant bread with tomato soup got me. As soon as I walked in I wanted everything!!!! I started with ALL 12 of the flavors currently on hand, the grilled cheese w/soup, the peach cobbler à la mode and a brown sugar cookie that never made it home. My favorite flavors were Strawberry Shortcake, Banana Pudding, Mint Mud pie and Lemon Raspberry Cheesecake. None of the flavors were displeasing and ALL of them I would order again. I love that you can taste the individual ingredients in the ice cream it’s self. You can absolutely tell these flavors are made with real fruit!! There was a vegan flavor and a non-dairy flavor that was tasty, something for everyone!!! I will be back often. I did want to point out, just because parking isn’t the greatest doesn’t mean don’t stop in. When you walk through the door it feels like family! Also, they have gift certificates. A win win!!! I’ll be buying some to give to people so they can experience the greatness as well. The list of current flavors are in the photos.“

“Always good to visit Puffy Pandy on a leisure afternoon to sip a Ube Latte (btw, quite a strong coffee!!) while having a Cream puff! This time I also bought a couple of boxes of cream puffs, macaroons for my friend who just moved to the area: Great soft music, atmosphere and always great team of people working. The team takes times to explain to us of what their products are and how we can customize our experience - above all, they make sure the experience is enjoyable and comfortable for everyone. “So many options! This place is great! They have sweets and snacks. We went one day and got 3 scoops, not realizing how big the scoops are! But it was so worth it. The tarro ice cream was so creamy and smooth. Great flavor! Will definitely be back and I definitely recommend as you won't be disappointed. Lots of great Mexican flavors and others.“

“While visiting Seattle, I'd heard all the hype about Dick's and had to give it a try. I got two Deluxe burgers with a side of fries. They were two of the best burgers I've ever had in my life, and I've eaten a lot of burgers! Their pickle relish tastes more sweet than vinegar, which really adds to the flavor. The fries were pretty greasy like I'd heard but tasted great. Be aware that Dick's doesn't allow any modification to their menu (e.g. don't ask to remove mayo) and this particular location doesn't have anywhere sit down, so expect to eat the meal in your car.“

“Very cool experience with the dragon's breath! It's so good and tastes like OOPS All Berries Cap'n Crunch cereal! Ice cream rolls are so delicious and you get a good bit!! The guy who made ours is so passionate and makes the ice cream like he truly enjoys doing it. That's always great to see and feel when your're buying food! I'd definitely go here again and again!!“
