But the main reason this place deserves 5 stars is because of their employee Jax. Super friendly, patient, and had amazing energy the whole time. You can tell he actually cares about customers and makes the experience way better. Employees like Jax are the reason people come back. Give this man a raise fr. Easily a 10/10 experience.“

“this place is a weekly staple for our family, from the waffle wednesdays, bogo fridays or fill your cup weekends. We are here (in my opinion) far too often but it's a fun midweek treat for the family. We've maybe had one instance where one of the machines didn't work other than that, consistent working machines, friendly service and good froyo - nothing to complain about!“

“Love this Baskin Robins! The prices seem better than the Baskin Robins in the mall. I absolutely love their chocolate covered frozen bananas, or “choco bananas” as we call them in Mexico. So far I’ve tried their chocolate with almonds and their Dubai one (my personal favorite). I always play connect four with my boys. Staff is friendly. Can’t beat this place.“

“My family and I frequent Coldstone, at least every other week, for years. We’ve been to many locations across multiple states. The ice cream is always great. However, customer service varies. What stood out about our last visit was Dom’s customer service. It was exceptional. He was welcoming, friendly, and so patient with our 6 year old daughter who could not readily decide what she wanted to order. He is the reason I would return to this location even though there is a Coldstone closer to my home.“

“Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). While I waited for the cake (very quick) to be personalized, I observed great and efficient service for each customer in line. Great store!! Until next time.“

“Love this place and come here all the time. Only issue I’ve had is one of the bigger white lady working there has considerably less service than the rest. She only gave me half a portion of salmon and didn’t offer to make more 2 hours before close. I’ve had nothing but great service other than that.“

“This mango and milk smoothie with sweet sticky rice is such a unique and delicious combination! The texture is incredibly smooth and literally melts in your mouth. What I really love is that it’s not overly sweet at all — just perfectly balanced and light. It feels refreshing and even a bit healthier than most desserts.
