“Update 6/12/22: this location appears to be permanently closed. There is no signs saying they are closed, but their doors have been locked for a long time now and all the cold cases are empty.
Wonderful ice cream and a convenient location. The store is always clean and the staff overall are nice.“
“The staff are exceptionally welcoming and compassionate, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Service is swift and efficient, minimizing wait times. There is an extensive variety of ice cream flavors available, including classic choices like vanilla and chocolate, as well as more unique options.“

“Such an amazing place with very kind workers!
It's the only soft serve boba I've seen around and the drinks are amazing, never knew ice cream mixed in with boba teas would be this good.
Unique and tasty drinks, welcoming staff, chill hang out spot, what more can you ask for.
Definitely recommend this place to everyone.“

“this place is a weekly staple for our family, from the waffle wednesdays, bogo fridays or fill your cup weekends. We are here (in my opinion) far too often but it's a fun midweek treat for the family. We've maybe had one instance where one of the machines didn't work other than that, consistent working machines, friendly service and good froyo - nothing to complain about!“

“Wonderful location, a lot of toppings and different syrups and stuff to add, service was okay, not overly friendly but okay according to WA state standards, not even one single flavor was sold out, which is rare, I appreciate how clean and organized this location is, highly recommend to stop by if you are craving something sweet.“
“Moved from los lunas new mexico years ago and had forgotten about this place because I never thought it would be a thing in wa, but I ordered a strawberries con crema and the cheetos con queso strawberries were fresh and delicious and the cream was just right.“

“⚡⚡ I had an amazing experience at the newly renovated shop! The decor is modern and spacious, and the entire staff has changed – they're all incredibly friendly and helpful. 😊
The rolled ice cream and dragon breath were both absolutely fantastic! The rolled ice cream is fresh, creamy, and delicious, and the dragon breath is still such a fun and unique experience.
With all these updates, this shop has definitely become one of my favorite stops in the mall. Highly recommend it for both the amazing treats and excellent service!“

“Menchie's Frozen yogurt is a great treat. I like that it has no preservatives and no additives. It has a great variety of flavors. I'm so glad I found a good frozen yogurt place. I also love the friendly staff.“
“This location got me excited because this is the first one built within an hour of my house. Been here multiple times, and the service is always excellent. Ice cream is amazing (try the cherries jubilee), and the employees seem to be having fun on the job, talking with each other and laughing. Then again, I always arrive at the times when no customers are currently in there.“

“Very busy Sat night at 530pm. 6 people in line. The gal working did an excellent job working under pressure. Need to hire more for Sat night. The place is clean and lots of wonderful icecream varieties to chose from: cakes, tacos, waffle cones, mini popscilces...

“Antojitos Michalisco is a fantastic little shop offering many flavors of sorbet and ice cream as well as many fruit based treats and classic Mexican street food favorites such as chicharron preparado, tostitlocos, elote, and esquites.
The staff are very friendly and happy to let you sample any of the flavors of sorbet and ice cream they have. They even have several flavors you aren't likely to find anywhere else.
There are tables and chairs to sit and enjoy your treats, and they have a TV playing movies or shows, which can be great for kids. When we visited last they were playing Despicable Me 3, which our kids loved to watch at they happily ate their ice cream.
They are very generous with their scoop sizes, and a single scoop there is the same size as a double scoop from other near by shops, for similar prices.
I highly recommend this shop.“

“Last night, 9/29, we stopped by Cold Stone about 15 minutes before closing. Two gentlemen and one young lady helped us, and they gave my daughters one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at an ice cream shop.
We only asked for a small ice cream because it was already late, but they were incredibly kind and patient. They let my daughters sample flavors, gave them two different flavors, and even added a little extra so they could share. Most importantly, they made my daughters smile.
I don’t know their names, but I really want to thank all three of them. People like this truly make a difference in a business. My daughters already want to come back. Thank you for making such a simple stop feel so special“

“My service was fantastic. My wife ordered apple pie ala mode and server was unsure how to make it. Really need a better system in place for new employees. The supervisor remade the dish after the new person messed it up. She was very nice. Felt bad for new person because other employees were snickering about the situation. No issues with the mess up. People need to make mistakes to learn. It’s the best way. Doesn’t help to have mean coworkers.“

“Food was great! Croffle was fresh and warm. The bingsu was great (I got a small and honestly was enough for 2 people). Strawberry cake was not too sweet, tasted like strawberry and was pretty fluffy. The Bangkok fog latte was pretty good, honestly wish they had thinner straws so I could enjoy the drink more (they only had the boba straw so I chugged it down lol)“

“Love this place and come here all the time. Only issue I’ve had is one of the bigger white lady working there has considerably less service than the rest. She only gave me half a portion of salmon and didn’t offer to make more 2 hours before close. I’ve had nothing but great service other than that.“

“Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). While I waited for the cake (very quick) to be personalized, I observed great and efficient service for each customer in line. Great store!! Until next time.“

“Had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at Crumbl. The cookies were fresh, warm, and honestly addicting 😭 every flavor tasted perfect. But the main reason this place deserves 5 stars is because of their employee Jax. Super friendly, patient, and had amazing energy the whole time. You can tell he actually cares about customers and makes the experience way better. Employees like Jax are the reason people come back. Give this man a raise fr. Easily a 10/10 experience.“
