The ice cream at Cold Stone is delicious but it seems as though the Manager never schedules enough employees to handle the amount of customers. There is always a line out the door with only one employee working. There should always be at least 2 people working. I'm sure there is a high turn over rate because of this. I see many customers frustrated at waiting 30 minutes for ice cream.
Young lady was so busy with customers, bad on you manager for only having 1 person working!! Your enployee was amazing and delightful!!
Been a cold stone fan for as long as i can remember but jamari took it to a whole other level. Incredible mix and super nice to boot.
