Last night, 9/29, we stopped by Cold Stone about 15 minutes before closing. Two gentlemen and one young lady helped us, and they gave my daughters one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at an ice cream shop.

The ice cream at Cold Stone is delicious but it seems as though the Manager never schedules enough employees to handle the amount of customers. There is always a line out the door with only one employee working. There should always be at least 2 people working. I'm sure there is a high turn over rate because of this. I see many customers frustrated at waiting 30 minutes for ice cream.
Young lady was so busy with customers, bad on you manager for only having 1 person working!! Your enployee was amazing and delightful!!
