Last night, 9/29, we stopped by Cold Stone about 15 minutes before closing. Two gentlemen and one young lady helped us, and they gave my daughters one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at an ice cream shop.
We only asked for a small ice cream because it was already late, but they were incredibly kind and patient. They let my daughters sample flavors, gave them two different flavors, and even added a little extra so they could share. Most importantly, they...

The ice cream at Cold Stone is delicious but it seems as though the Manager never schedules enough employees to handle the amount of customers. There is always a line out the door with only one employee working. There should always be at least 2 people working. I'm sure there is a high turn over rate because of this. I see many customers frustrated at waiting 30 minutes for ice cream.

We had the best experience! Dom was excellent. My wife is highly allergic to raspberries and he offered to get fresh ingredients and mix them in a clean tray, so that she could have ice cream too. Thank you, Dom!
