It’s my daughters Birthday today, so my husband went to go get our baby girl her favorite ice cream cake, so I called ?before he got there, and I truly appreciate how helpful the lady I was speaking to was.Thank You for your help ? truly means a lot gave me the price and answered all my questions, plus they had my daughters favorite ice cream flavor available happy customer happy mama ?

I would give 0 if I could. Horrible service. I placed an order on app. They didnt have the order ready when I got there on time. They didnt even know order existed until I showed my email. They filled my order wrong. I ordered love it and they gave me like it size in a love it cup. Amelia was the one that did my order. She said something to the other girl in her ear to tell me the right weight so I would walk off. She was very rude. I went to this place all the time so I knew the correct size. This time they cheated me out of my money and I dont think I will go to this location ever again. They lost my business. Be careful everyone

My friend dropped his ice cream face down outside and gave up on life. He disnt want to go in and tell them. I, as a good friend, took a picture for proof and then went in and asked for a replacement. Cassidy was so kind and offered us a replacement. She is an amazing employee and I'd recommend she get a raise, or promotion if she ever wants one.

I called at 9:20 and asked what time they were open until (because online it says 9) and they said 10:00, showed up at 9:45 and they had the doors locked and yelled that they were closed... don't say one thing and do another.

Ice cream was on point. But how can you go wrong with Cold Stone? The gal that served us was obviously having a bad night. I think she was Overwhelmed with post mates or whatever delivery orders. She was not pleasant unfortunately. The tables were dirty and sticky. Not whet you'd expect from Cold Stone.
My friend dropped his ice cream on the floor and the blonde cashier glared at him and he had to pick it up and eat it. She also did not offer a new one, which wouldn’t be much of a problem if she wasn’t so rude to us.

I've gotten Ice cream cakes from Baskin Robbins and Dairy Queen in the past and I wasn't impressed so decided I would try one at this location. Was very happy with the results.. the flavor (Cheesecake Named Desire) was delicious, with a graham cracker crust around the cake. Would definitely come here again.

Ice cream is good but it's so rich I can instantly regret eating it. Not anyone's fault but mine I guess. The cone dipped in chocolate doesn't taste right. Kinda artificial or stale taste. Service is good. Ambiance is just like any other ice cream store.

Best ice cream place ever. And I always have a habit of buying the large size and never finishing it. I always get the waffle bowl cone I jus like eating it by itself. They use to sing before when customers tip but I guess not anymore.

It’s a little unfortunate that I’m writing this review right after getting our ice cream, but here we are. Location is convenient because we were going to the AMC next door. We were looking at the choices before asking for help, the girl looked bored or upset we were there. Her attitude making our order, the Oreo Overload, and how she just barely slid it to us over the pass was extremely rude. We were the only customers there and we weren’t asking for anything excessive. I would not be coming back to this location if this is how they approach customers.
