“My family and I frequent Coldstone, at least every other week, for years. We’ve been to many locations across multiple states. The ice cream is always great. However, customer service varies. What stood out about our last visit was Dom’s customer service. It was exceptional. He was welcoming, friendly, and so patient with our 6 year old daughter who could not readily decide what she wanted to order. He is the reason I would return to this location even though there is a Coldstone closer to my home.“

Leave aside that the cakes in themselves are just exquisite in taste and presentation. For people who happened to leave or be influenced by any negative reviews, I’d suggest going to the business and visiting the owner in person. “Great place to get authentic Mexican pastries. The owners are family owned meaning you would be supporting a small business. The service is not bad and the lady there is always friendly. Prices are also a steal considering it is Seattle and everything is expensive. Would recommend to anyone even if you are unfamiliar with this type of bakery.

Absolutely AMAZING service from Madi at Cold Stone in Covington!! 🔥

We tried the new Dubai Chocolate creation (added Red Velvet cake to mine :) and the Strawberry Marshmallow flavor—WOW… both are EVERYTHING!! So good. My girls were beyond happy, especially my baby girl who fell in love with the Mint flavor all on its own.

You honestly can’t go wrong with ANY flavor here. Next on our list is the S’mores—we’re coming back for that soon!
