The details were so well done that it was almost a shame to eat them—almost. The owner was great at communication and highly professional. We will be ordering from them again, just need to think about what delicious combination to go with next time.“

Everyone who had a slice of the Hojicha Tiramisu could not help themselves from remarking how good it was!There was already a great impression from talking with Yumie on the phone and then meeting her at pickup. Her cheerful and wonderful spirit translates directly into her work. I, and I'm sure everyone who tried her cake, will certainly be ordering from her again for making future celebrations extra special!“

“Recently, my wife and I heard of this little gem from a friend on social media. My wife is Colombian so she was very excited to have a true Colombia style bakery near by. I have always heard of the traditional passion fruit/guanabana smoothies my wife has in her country and I couldn’t wait to finally try them.Since this location is in Sculpture park it can be hard to find parking but don’t let that stand in your way of visiting. We arrived at the bakery moments after they opened, in fact everything was still coming out of the oven and being sorted out for the day. We placed our order ( 1 Soursop smoothie, 1 Passionfruit smoothie, 1 Beef empanada, 1 Ham & Cream cheese puff pastry, and a Milhojas ). The food and drinks arrived at a decent speed…the pastry took slightly long but it’s because we arrived right at opening and they were still sorting things as I mentioned.The smoothies were absolutely fantastic! I mean WOW. The Soursop was nothing like I have ever tried before. If anything it resembled a yogurt type taste but so much better! The passionfruit was also so refreshing. If I have one recommendation it would be to offer a bigger size in the smoothies. They appeared to come as a 12OZ only but they do offer coffee and 16OZ for the coffees.The Empanada was great! Cooked well and the dough around the beef was yummy. I’m use to having bigger empanadas but a true Colombian empanada is the same size they offer at this bakery.The Milhojas is a sweet treat I have never experienced before and it was so good. I would recommend this to anyone. Grab a Milhojas and a coffee and share it with your partner/friend.Last but not least the Ham & Cream cheese puff pastry. I will mention this also includes Jalapeño. Now, Jalapeño isn’t something traditionally used in the Colombian culture so this surprised my wife, but it was a delicious add in. The texture and crisp of the puff pastry was the favorite thing I had. It was almost like pretzel flakes that melted in your mouth. I really loved this pastry and I for sure could have eaten a few of them.One thing I would emphasize is that this is a bakery. I’m a 25 Year old who eats a lot so if you are looking to come here for breakfast just know it’s light pastries and coffee/smoothies. You won’t be leaving super full. I would recommend this place for a early weekend adventure. Or quick bite before having a late brunch.The Colombian Delights Bakery is a relatively new place and it sure is good! “It's rare to find someone who's been so consistently excited about their business and their product. The owner/operator here has dished up ice cream twice for me, over the course of maybe six months. He remembered me during my second visit, or at least was so friendly and personable, I felt like an old friend. Not sure.He eagerly provides samples and genuinely wants your feedback. There are new flavors he's happy to grab from the back and get feedback on. He appreciates criticism and will take samples himself to try and identify what you're trying to describe. It's a fun experience, and feels exclusive getting access to new flavors. It also keeps the ice cream combos fresh.Cold Stone is always good, it's a high quality product. It's the service along with the product that sets this particular location apart.“
“I visited Lady M in New York bunch of times in the past and actually was not impressed. But I was surprised to see they opened one inside Bellevue Square. This is definitely a high end crepes cake more catered to Asian less sweet and light creams. The price is $12.5 for a small slice. Since I have not had it for so long, I bought two slices red bean and chestnuts and they are fine and I actually could not tell the huge difference of these two because of the nature of these cakes mostly filled with light creams. On a very bright note, I bought a packet of their lunar year dragon red envelopes (5 in a packet for $10) from their counter. It is spectacular beautiful design. I love the auspicious colorful dragon with the tail on the other side that created a 3D feel.Parking: At bellevue square mall“
“Their bread is super fresh and very well made. Clearly better quality than Tous les Jours in the Bellevue HMart. Don't be dissuaded by the interior. The interior is outdates and a bit dark/gloomy, but the quality of their breads is great! Especially recommend trying their read bean donuts that are plated in the front by the cashier.“
