Excellent friendly and accommodating service. Kui and the other staff always go above and beyond when I stop in for a scoop or a fresh packed pint. They also did an excellent job on the cake I ordered.
Ben & Jerry's saved the day! If I could give 10 stars I would. Without divulging too many details, my partner got a last-minute request to get a gluten free ice cream birthday cake for a VIP client. He was feeling dejected after calling numerous ice cream shops who said they couldn't do the job. Finally he called Ben & Jerry's and they assured him they could get the cake ready by that evening. I go to this specific Ben and Jerry’s location very often as I am never dissatisfied with what I get and it never fails to be extremely good. The workers are always very nice and most of the flavors are fully stocked and fresh most of the time. (I suggest “the tonight dough”, “phish food”, or “marshmallow sky” as those are my personal favorites.).
