Mike made an utterly amazing Spam cake for a Spam party. It was perfect and looked exactly like a can of Spam. The almond cake with amaretto frosting was also excellent and just made the entire cake a work of art. The cake was the hit of the party! Everything from ordering the cake to delivery worked just as it should - very professional and complete. I will definitely be in contact to purchase another cake in the near future.
I created a picture of the cake I wanted using AI, so it would be easy to communicate what I wanted. Two very reputable bakeries in the area sent me his way when it was too complex for them. Mike studied the picture and asked careful clarifying questions, thinking of things that hadn't occurred to me. He made the cake look exactly like the picture, with his improvements.
