Fast friendly service and the ice cream was great.
The staff are exceptionally welcoming and compassionate, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Service is swift and efficient, minimizing wait times. I had a great experience at Cold Stone. Raul helped me during my visit, and he was friendly, patient, and genuinely attentive. He made the ordering process easy, answered my questions without rushing me, and made sure everything came out exactly as expected. It’s always nice to be helped by someone who clearly cares about providing good customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back if he's working.
