Slow. A few reasonable times but usually it's a wait and I will only stop IF it looks "not busy" (only a few cars) OR if for some rare occasion I'm actually not in a hurry/on a schedule (which is ultra rare)! Honestly, it is a convenient location (lack of another close drive thru) but they NEED to lose the extra, get more basic, just make the coffees right & right away.
I have been shopping at this Safeway since it opened. It has been clean and well organized. The employees work hard and are friendly in a professional way. We particularly like some of the items in the deli, and make a trip to Safeway for our roast beef for sandwiches with the football games. Another area that we make a special stop for is their cake. Our family really likes Safeway cake - every time we have had it.
