“The cakes are beautiful. I had a moment to talk with the owner and you can see shes passionate about the product she puts forth. I got so many complements, and the taste is not too sweet, the texture is light. “My family and I frequent Coldstone, at least every other week, for years. We’ve been to many locations across multiple states. The ice cream is always great. However, customer service varies. What stood out about our last visit was Dom’s customer service. It was exceptional. He was welcoming, friendly, and so patient with our 6 year old daughter who could not readily decide what she wanted to order. He is the reason I would return to this location even though there is a Coldstone closer to my home.“
