Crumbl Cookies is a hit or miss place with a variety of cookies, especially since they introduced the ‘THINS’ version, but those are only offered on Thursdays. The staff is not always the friendliest, but they get the job done. Some locations, like the Covington location, have extremely courteous staff and excellent customer service, with friendly, kind, and welcoming employees. The store is always clean, easy to find, and speedy with orders, though it can be busy and take a minute to get cookies even with a pick up order. Favorites include the semi sweet chocolate chip, strawberry cake, pop tart, reese's peanutbutter cup, pumpkin cake, oatmeal raisin, Dubai cookie, brownie, original pink sugar cookie, and cookies with Fruity Pebbles and Lucky Charms. Everything chocolate tastes the same, but the cookies are always up to par, look described, smell nice, and are warm.
