Not always the friendliest staff, but they get the job done I guess. Crumbl is hit or miss with me… If the cookies are too doughy, I tend not to care too much for those. But I like the variety they offer, especially since they introduced the ‘THINS’ version. The only bummer is those types of cookies are only offered on Thursdays.
I love the Covington location, the staff there is extremely courteous, and extends excellent customer service. My fave crumbl cookies are the semi sweet chocolate chip, strawberry cake, pop tart, and reese's peanutbutter cup. I also love the pumpkin cake. Yummy!!!😋
Went in for the buy 4 get 6 birthday deal and was delighted that all flavors were in stock, even after 5pm. They smelled nice, were warm and looked great. The oatmeal raisin was my favorite! This store is always clean, speedy with orders and friendly staff.
