I love how the app tells you every Monday what new cookies or cakes are in. I'm going to buy a dozen of the cakes this week and put them in my freezer. I'll add photos later, I couldn't help myself. “Super friendly staff & management made a ‘not so great’ situation right!

I came in to pick up a cake I had ordered online. The employee couldn’t find my order and gave me a cake off the shelf. I figured there was some sort of mess up. I was in a hurry so I didn’t go back. A few minutes later, I get a call and text from the manager stating that there was a mix up and they found my cake. He even offered to deliver the cake to my house! (which is ~30min away). I really appreciated this gesture because you don’t often see customer service like this anymore!!“
