Wonderful and very inventive!
I'm an event planner Tuxedos and Tennis Shoes Catering and Events and I absolutely LOVE Subzero ice cream catering! Typically, ice cream catering requires lots of freezer space, access to electricity, space for a large truck, or other features not readily available at all event venues/locations. We hired them for an event at work and they were AWESOME!! They have the perfect setup and it was a blast watching them make the ice cream. Fun entertainment! I hope they'll open a store front again.
