We went on Christmas Eve and had a lovely time.Food was very good and the service was great....I had leftover coffee in the carafe and was asked if I'd like a "to go" cup to take it with which was so thoughtful!
There are many places to eat that serve good food in Federal Way. The Village Inn does way better than just that. They consistently serve great food from a great menu with outstanding staff. The owner (he is way cool) is often there making his guests feel very special and appreciated. My wife and I have eaten there for years before her Barbershop rehearsals. Service was great, but food and cleanliness were mediocre at best. Omelette was pretty good, Hashbrowns ok, chicken fried steak questionably edible, and coffee watered down. Unfortunately, it wasn’t even a good value.
