Service was great, but food and cleanliness were mediocre at best. Omelette was pretty good, Hashbrowns ok, chicken fried steak questionably edible, and coffee watered down. Unfortunately, it wasn’t even a good value.

We've been here many times before and the food is usually very good! It's Easter Sunday, but they were not that busy, so can't use that as an excuse. They gave me hashbrowns where I ordered country potatoes. The food was really, really bland, and I don't even use salt! The biscuits and gravy had great texture and ok flavor. The service was otherwise good. The place is always clean and tidy. But, we will try it again soon to see if it was an anomaly.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.

I stopped in on a Tuesday afternoon by myself and I was the only customer in the restaurant. Despite being the only person there the service was pretty bad. The server was too busy rolling silverware and talking to a co worker and I sat with an empty glass waiting for a refill for quite a while. The food was decent but I was pretty aggravated by the time I left due to the terrible service.

They use canned corned beef instead of real corned beef. If you don't know, canned corned beef smells and tastes like cat food. Disappointing.Pies are decent though.

Went in for dinner. There were only 2 other people there. Food took almost 35 minutes to get to us, some of my food was undercooked. They had no pies, but they say "best pie in America". Server didn't understand what we were asking for. Not a good experience, and I've had better in the past.

Terrible service. Got my food. Pancakes was extremely dry. Not once did I get checked on. They couldn't even bring me syrup.

I've been going to Village Inn since I was a kid. My son loves it and we've been going since he was a kid. Food is always good and better than Denny's, IHOP, etc.

The food is not even the best, the service is basic, but the price makes it not worth it at all, if you are bored with the world, this place may make you value what you have,

We went on Christmas Eve and had a lovely time.Food was very good and the service was great....I had leftover coffee in the carafe and was asked if I'd like a "to go" cup to take it with which was so thoughtful!
