I went to pick up an order that I placed online, arriving about 10 minutes after the expected ready time. I walked into the store and noticed about 8-10 other customers waiting for their orders, all looking very frustrated. I asked to pick up my order, and the worker shuffled through what looked like 30 tickets on the counter, all in a disorganized pile. Was told it would be 35 minutes for my 3 pizzas. Came in after 40 minutes and they hadn't even started our order. Now been an hour since I ordered. No apology. Should have went to our usual Milton location. The service there is better. Don't order from here unless you do it over an hour in advance.

This store needs to be closed, after eating the pizza and monkey bread i woke up in the middle of the night with gut wrenching pain, food poisioning. After hearing about the condition of the restaurant when our food was picked up i should have made the call to take it back but i figured we will cook any contaminants out...wrong....dont eat here save yourself the illness and go to the other papa Murphy
