This is legit the best ice cream I’ve ever had. The vanilla!!!!!!! 😍
A nice selection of interesting flavors. However, the ice cream is often overly soft and/or grainy, suggesting issues with temperature control in the case or during preparation. I'm usually a bit disappointed.
Also, the employees behind the counter could do more to make it a welcoming environment. Is it a miserable place to work, or have they just not been coached in customer service? I usually feel like I'm imposing on them when I place an order.
