Went to the truck in Buckley, In the rainier fresh parking lot. Ordered 3 burgers and a fry boat. I was told fry suddenly went down. The employee didn’t know how to do a refund. But all of a sudden said she did and tried to refund me $11.91. This was on Saturday and I’ve yet received it. No one answering phones nor are they answering my email.
Ordered online through “ChowNow” never was notified they were out of items I ordered, unable to refund me for the $13.00 burger so the guy at the Buckley location offered to cancel my order so I could get a refund….contacted ChowNow for the refund and they are “unable to get ahold of the restaurant for a refund”. Ridiculous. I’m out of $47+ because no one will answer the phone or email ChowNow back. Don’t order online! Poor customer service.
My husband and I both got the 12 Burger. Soo delicious! The PB and jelly on the burger, with bacon and cheese. Best combo ever!! Only thing I would improve on was more jam. Asked for more, little too late, burger was 75% gone but was accommodated nonetheless. Def made a big improvement, even though it was delicious anyway. Cooked perfectly, as well. The fries were crisp and the garlic aioli was tasty! The service was friendly and efficient! Def will be back!!

Stacks Burgers Tacoma is a great place to eat with the best burgers and service. The food is amazing, fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Burgers are really good, and the special stack sauce is delicious. The service is just as impressive: friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Staff are super friendly, courteous, and kind. Ordering is easy at a kiosk, food comes out quickly, and the service is excellent. Stacks truck 2 catered an event, and Sara and Andrew were absolutely wonderful. Stacks Burgers absolutely deserves all five stars.
