“How did I wait 6 years since moving to Tacoma to try this gem? Roast duck noodle soup. A drumstick, some thigh and some breast in a perfectly seasoned savory broth and egg noodle with just the right bite. The chives and bock choy are a perfect crunch. It’s hard to eat while smiling this big Don’t plan to come here, do it, do it now. Beats anything I ever had in seattle. Or LA/San Fran for that matter.“

“This review is based off of the one time I've gone. I went after work with my colleagues, they stayed and had their food, I got mine to go. All of them enjoyed their dishes. When I got home and ate my food, I was very surprised.
Because of where I live, I eat a lot of Vietnamese food. This place was definitely different. First of all, the staff were very nice. Secondly, the noodle salad was unlike others I've had. The highest praise goes to the shrimp. I've never had a shrimp roll as good as this was. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. I will definitely come back to try more dishes. I understand the hype now.“

“Oh my gosh. The General Tso chicken was really fresh and delicious. I had two stars spiciness and it was just right. My wife who doesn't do spicy said the chicken was good. She had chicken pho and let me tell you that broth was the best we've ever had. Even the chicken had this char grilled flavor that takes it to the next level.“

“We have lived in several places and have tried lots of places here and elsewhere that sold banh mi sandwiches but these are the best banh mi sandwiches we have had! We think they might make their own buns because they are so very tasty and just as good as the fresh baguettes we had when we lived in France! The sandwich ingredients are fresh and flavorful and we especially love the wonderful paté they include on them, unless you tell them you are vegetarian or vegan. They make the paté themselves and it is also as delicious as any we used to have in France! We like their rice bowls too. If you haven’t been to the “Toast Mi”…located in Lacey…we highly recommend seeking it out and giving it a try. If you like banh mi sandwiches, you will be happy that you did!“

“First time we’re here and it was absolutely amazing. I have not had fun out here in Parkland Tacoma area yet this was my first pho restaurant in this direction and it was a hit. Definitely go back 1000 times it was amazing. I got the shrimp spicy broth and it was absolutely delicious and the restaurant is also clean.“

The food tastes good, the lady that runs the front is super sweet, and I've always had portions big enough that a plate of chicken teriyaki is enough for two meals for me. The beef in the broccoli beef is so soft that I hardly need to chew it.“

“Overall I can say, the food was not bad at all. Everything was freshly made and portion size was enough to feed my family of 3 and also have a lot of extra left over for later. Was it absolutely delicious? Yes. I would say for the price, the portions make up for it. I did order my fried rice and yakisoba spicy but I’m assuming they cooked it in the same sauce as the sweet chili chicken wings which made it more sweeter than spicy. But overall, it was still absolutely delicious.
