She had chicken pho and let me tell you that broth was the best we've ever had. Even the chicken had this char grilled flavor that takes it to the next level.“

We think they might make their own buns because they are so very tasty and just as good as the fresh baguettes we had when we lived in France! They make the paté themselves and it is also as delicious as any we used to have in France! We like their rice bowls too.
