Their Chicken Vermicelli is remarkable & healthy!
This came as a real relief. My last pho experience in Seattle wasn't great. It was more than a month since I had pho. I'm used to pho in the SF Bay area where it might be more competitive than in Seattle. My feeling is the pho is skimpy in the Seattle area. Pho Ever Tacoma was like this too, but the quality was A1!!!
