We love this Pho place for brisket here! The food quality is great, but I so have to remind them that I like pho without white onion 🧅😂😂. The staff is really nice and the bathroom is always clean. Great prices here. The atmosphere is definitely fun and the place has always had working air conditioning and heating.
This came as a real relief. My last pho experience in Seattle wasn't great. It was more than a month since I had pho. I'm used to pho in the SF Bay area where it might be more competitive than in Seattle. My feeling is the pho is skimpy in the Seattle area. Pho Ever Tacoma was like this too, but the quality was A1!!!
The owner, I suspect, was nice and I appreciated his customer service. The aroma when you step in is lovely exactly what I wanna smell when walking in all the spices. The broth was okay, not the worst, not the best I've had. The portions were good, however, the toppings were slim I literally had one thai Basil and 2 jalapeno slices. Overall, if your in need of a quick bite and don't need the absolute best, this pho will do and service is pretty decent.
