“First order: I was really excited. The portions felt on par with what I would expect for the cost, and most importantly, the meals seemed fresh. The flavors were really good and packaged well. As someone who hates leftovers, I really enjoyed my first order. I would have given 4/5 stars.

My second order this week, not so much. (Maybe I ordered the wrong things this week). The breakfast portions were small (I was still hungry afterward), and the quality didn’t feel the same as the week before. The scrambled eggs with asparagus turned the eggs slimy and brown—not the most appealing. Dinners during the second week were decent but included fillers, like what appeared to be canned green beans. More roasted broccoli would have felt better, in my opinion.

So it depends on the week, I guess. I already ordered for next week, so we’ll see. I’ll update my review if the quality improves. I would order again for convenience (I’m currently postpartum, so having premade meals is super helpful!), but for this price point, I would expect the quality to stay consistent or improve.“

“Went here when I was in town for a comedy show. Wasn't really impressed with the amount of food for the cost. We got a teriyaki plate and Gyoza. You get one scope of rice and a bunch of teriyaki strips and a big pile of cabbage. For me I am not a cabbage fan. If it was the normal salad that would have been good, but it was steamed cabbage. The chicken was good, but the ratio of rice and chicken was a letdown. The Gyozas we got were crunchy and seemed over cooked or like they were cooked from being over frozen. They didn't taste very fresh. Overall, the chicken was good, but my rating is based on the price vs what you get.“

Ribs were very tasty slightly dry but very much edible and delicious. Coleslaw was a pleasant surprise, having the pineapple in it beans were on point. I personally was not a fan of the dessert. I had the cream puff pecan ice cream dessert it was prepared. Well, it looked good. It was personal preference not liking it. It was taken off of my bill not at my request. “A gem in the middle of a strip mall. We stoped in spontaneously after shopping and were happy to see vegetarian options. Their tofu teriyaki dish was generously portioned and very tasty! As was the tofu fried rice dish. Also very flavorful and plentiful. The egg soup and hot tea were welcome on a cold rainy day. Atmosphere was welcoming. Clean tables and surroundings, and friendly service. Will come back!“
