“A little korean restaurant that is tucked in the shopping strip. 12 seatings and bright interior. Every time I go there I was greeted right away and the service is always quick and pleasant. Foods are tastier than usual korean restaurants. However, small dishes are lacked kinds and not typical sorts.“

“Red Lantern in Olympia absolutely earned a five star review from me. Every single dish hit the mark and it all came together into one of the most satisfying dinners I have had in a long time. The pho broth was deeply savory and delicious, and the beef rib was perfectly cooked and so tender that it came off the bone with almost no effort. The noodles and herbs had that amazing, just right texture that makes you slow down and enjoy every bite. The tom yum with tofu was the most perfect balance of sour and heat, bright and fragrant without ever feeling harsh, and every vegetable in the bowl was cooked through but still had good bite. It is the kind of bowl you keep going back to even when you are already full.
The summer rolls were so good as an appetizer that I honestly considered just ordering a second round and calling that dinner. Fresh, clean flavors with great chew on the noodles and a dipping sauce that pulled everything together without overpowering it. The jasmine tea was a perfect addition alongside all of that, soothing and floral and exactly what you want to sip between bites of hot broth and noodles. Put all of that together with a cozy downtown Olympia location and you get a spot I am already planning to come back to and recommend to friends.“

“The food was absolutely incredible and authentic. Literally the best food Ive ever had. The pork dumpling soup is to die for I couldnt stop eating it. They also have little kimchi side dishes. I had to order a box of the cucumber kimchi home because I couldnt get enough of it. We walked in with about 8 people and they happily seated us and even thanked us warmly the food came out so fast but it was hot and fresh. The bubble tea was also very well made.

“Koibito One Sushi & Teriyaki has become one of my favorite restaurants. I've done takeout and had food delivered on multiple occasions. I've tried various sushi rolls, tempura (shrimp and veggie), teriyaki chicken and salmon, salads, and hot entrees. The food is always delicious!“

“After 35 years worth of sushi dining, I've just about seen it all on the spectrum of maki, nigiri, and hand rolls. If you are looking for the best and most bang for your buck, without sacrificing quality and originality, Trapper's is definitely your spot 👌. There were non existent wait times for a spot to sit at the bar. Upon seating we were immediately given water, just before a dashing server with stylish frames and french braided pigtails visited to take our drink and appetizer orders. This young lady was super attentive and checked on us every 5 min or so. The chef that was taking our orders as we went on through the meal was highly efficient and skilled, very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable of the menu and their ingredients. Execution was fantastic; everything tasted wonderful, and it almost seemed too good to be true that it was endless dishes for a flat rate. Ordering this way allows you to get the perfect amount your belly is seeking. 5 stars overall. There were a couple of ingredients they didn't have but it was all you can eat, so it's understandable completely. Would certainly go back anytime.“

Roommate likes the bigger menu and food but #3 is alot more relaxing. the remodel is nice but it seems to have cut least a 1/3 of seating guess you needed the added kitchen space 👍. I've been coming to this location since atleast 2013. when my family would come and get unlimited sushi for birthdays had a sake bomb aswell. today (04/25/21) I had the "Bad Girl" roll extremely yummy. also had the crab rangoons which were good aswell.“
