the owls nest (Owl House as my brain likes to remember it) has wonderful pastries and food options. their drinks are balanced and well made. the atmosphere matches the Olympia vibe really well and I feel very comfortable here. it's not too loud, but it's not so quiet that I feel like everyone can hear me talking with my friends either. great cafe to sit and talk or do my own thing at.
Their pastries are so delicious. I've loved every one that I've tried, including the maple scone, tofu and caramelized onion tart, and sausage and cheese biscuit. This cafe is such a wonderful option in a town where vegan breakfast is so hard to find!
visited the cafe and had the BEST cold brew with lavender and homemade vegan raspberry lemon cookie.
