I travel a lot for work. I make it to the Pacific Northwest a few times a year and I base myself out of Olympia. My first stop is always the Cascadia Grill. It is above place with a homey, back woods feel. Nice people, good beer, and great food. I had a plan for the week. Tonight’s special wrecked everything. Mediterranean spiced Coho salmon, grilled. Great experience overall. Excellent service that serves excellent food. Tried a few different items. Fried pickles turned out great. The fish and fries were excellent. Looking forward to the next time we are passing through to try a few more dishes.
I’ve never left a place amazed how well the service was. This place is unlike any other in service Jeff, the owner, is at the door greeting everyone as they come through. They have a booth/room designated just for customers with dogs. Your dogs are undisturbed from the general public and they are so attentive to you and your pups.
