This spot has been around along time, but the new owners have revitalized it. Pho is excellent. Great flavor, good portion and fresh ingredients. HONEY GARLIC CHICKEN SLAAAAAPS. Reminds me of the crispy chicken at Buddha Ruska (IYKYK).The sticky rice appetizer is great, it’s loaded with proteins. The tea drinks are all pretty tasty. My fiance and I stopped in on our way home to Portland. We were delighted by the entire experience! The staff is incredibly sweet and attentive. I got the pad Thai with tofu - tofu was crispy on the outside, perfect texture on the inside. Flavor was great, spice level was spot on. My fiance got the Pad Se-Ew with beef - perfectly seasoned, loved the mushrooms, and said it was a really nice ratio of meat to veggies.
