Amazing food truck serving authentic food in Olympia. I wish I knew about this food truck before. Stopped by around noon to order and they are popular. We ordered their chicken shawarma sandwich, falafel sandwich, fries with garlic sauce, fried cauliflower and everything tasted fresh & great. This is a food truck with amazing food. I had the falafel salad and it was amazing (tasty falafel, generous portions, great salad) and we shared an order of baba ganoush and an order of fries with garlic sauce. Everything was outstanding. There were good picnic tables in the shade on a hot day.
