I lived in the Middle East for for five years. The humus tasted like they opened a can of chic peas and didn’t drain them first. Very little lemon and tahini balance. Garlic was the main ingredient. Falafel sandwich was not made correctly… all falafel & no garnish. I would have done better ordering from the taco truck next door.
The food was good, and served within 5-10 minutes. The people were friendly and answered my questions about the food with no problem.
Since it is downtown Olympia, the parking is either on the street, and then walk up to the food truck, or a small amount of parking is available in the lot. There are outdoor picnic benches to eat at, but there is considerable noise due to location.

Vibe was on point. The front of the house goddess greeted me with light 💡 and love ❤️ as I walked through the door! Server was so great and she really took care of me. I asked questions about the menu and she (Elly! Request her and thank me later) led me in the right direction. I order the Babaganoush dip as an appetizer and the Kufta Skewers as my entree. So delicious and the perfect amount of food. Will definitely come back!
