I ordered nothing but sides and HOLY CATS they were excellent! The fried cauliflower was perfectly crispy and flavorful; the baba ganoush (sp?) was the best combo of chunky and smooth; and the dolma was addictive. I will dream of this place!
I lived in the Middle East for for five years. The humus tasted like they opened a can of chic peas and didn’t drain them first. Very little lemon and tahini balance. Garlic was the main ingredient. Falafel sandwich was not made correctly… all falafel & no garnish. I would have done better ordering from the taco truck next door.
The food was good, and served within 5-10 minutes. The people were friendly and answered my questions about the food with no problem.
Since it is downtown Olympia, the parking is either on the street, and then walk up to the food truck, or a small amount of parking is available in the lot. There are outdoor picnic benches to eat at, but there is considerable noise due to location.
But food was juicy and its served to go style so can be taken to some other location
