You know a steakhouse is going to be good when the menu says they won't refund a steak that's been ordered well done! You also know it's going to be good when the walls are covered in awards. I mean that literally, there are plaques and trophies and ribbons everywhere.And you know what? The high praise is deserved. I had the best barbecued pork sandwich of my life here. Corn bread muffins have been improved since the last time we visited, very good. The onion rings are very good. The potato salad tastes like it came from a grocery store. Some of my ribs were dry. The BBQ sauce is excellent. The staff was fast and friendly, especially one young man who was non-stop, checking on tables and cleaning.

Really wanted to love this place! Nice BBQ joint, fun eclectic atmosphere, all the fixings for a good BBQ meal. The food was pretty good, a little dry. And they got part of our order wrong (ordered 2 chicken breast dinners, got 2 1/2 chicken dinners, but didn't check until we got to our picnic.) But enjoyable, and I will likely give them another try next time I drive through.
