Had a beautiful birthday dinner with friends this evening at Gardner’s Restaurant. The sea scallops with crispy fried leeks and lavender beurre blanc were absolutely exquisite, beautifully prepared with a perfect balance of delicate, rich flavors. Every bite was memorable.
