“I would highly recommend this JJ's! I really don't understand the bad reviews. The people are super nice and the food is exactly what you should be getting at a JJ's! In an area with lots of white collar workers you shouldn't be surprised if they get bogged down at lunch or have occasional mixups. These are real people who will bend over backwards to help make your dining experience better!It's so nice having a decent sub place in such an urban area even if the town surrounding it isn't super upscale. “Worth the read! There is a reason I'm giving this a 5 star review, even with my situation. I'm fairly new to Olympia and a friend of mine suggested Jimmy John's for lunch for a picnic with the kids. Since then I've loved their sandwiches- definitely superior to Subway! Anyways, one thing I have to have on my sandwich is the Jimmy Mustard. I don't know why, but it just takes the sandwich to a whole new level. I'm obsessed! However, anytime I've called in an order or went through the app, my sandwich never comes with Jimmy Mustard. It's a small inconvenience to most, but this is genuinely my favorite addition lol. So, today I order a sandwich through the app (I had a free sandwich award) and had it delivered. Once again, no mustard. I decided to call and gently let them know I've been having this issue and even though it's not the biggest deal, I just wanted them to be aware. They offered me a $15 credit and redelivered the sandwich. I thought "wow! That's so generous. It's just mustard, but how kind". I get the new sandwich and it's a completely random "unwhich" order (lettuce wrapped sandwich). I called again and just let them know of the mixup and they said they realized that and already put ANOTHER $15 credit on my account and were remaking the sandwich again. I am just laughing at this point. I'm not upset, just genuinely think how wild this ride has been over missing (yet delicious) mustard. I get a knock at my door and when I answer, I am met with two cookies, my sandwich bag, and a huge apology from the up and coming new manager of the store. She is so sweet! I wish I got her name. She profusely apologized for how crazy this had been handled and wanted to thank me for being so kind and understanding. I am SHOCKED!! What a funny, interesting and overall entertaining episode this has been. I didn't mean to make it a big deal, but they went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. I am grateful! To think this is all because of missing mustard... haha!! Anyways, thanks for reading! I'm still giggling. Can't wait to use my discounts! Thanks JJ's!“
“Service was cordial, We ordered the Gargantuan (always, love it). However, this time the bread was wet and soggy. Not the best we have had like our past experiences. But, for having these wonderful sandwiches in the past and only experiencing one out of the many years of service, that's not bad.“
