“I usually use the drive-thru when I get sandwiches at the store on Hosmer but, I was running late & had them delivered. I'm slow on line so, I called them. The person who took & delivered my order was great, my order was perfect & so tasty. My only complaint is, Jimmy Johns had no way for me to tip with my credit card over the phone, like everyone else does, & I still do no contact delivery & only had enough cash for a poor tip. That's my suggestion, let people tip over the phone with their card. The drivers deserve it.“
“I used to order from the downtown Kirkland store and have to say this one wasn't as good. I know they do a ton of business with he hospital and whatever businesses in the area, but it was a bit of a disappointment. Will give them another go when I am down south again.“
“We have always been a fan of JImmy John's and the other night we popped in to get some for dinner before we headed to the cookie dough place nextdoor. Anywho, we arrived literally minutes before they closed and the girl helping us was so very nice. I apologized because that timing was unintentional and it definitely kept her a bit after but she also offered us free loaves. It was so nice! Thank you again“
