“Great food and nice and quiet! People care too much about 10/10 service. At first, it was off putting to walk into a JJ without being greeted by 15 smiles and talking, but then I bit into the food and realized that it was one of the best sandwiches I've had from any of their locations. It was also freaky fast. If you want the sweetest service in the world, go to church or something, idk. When I go to a restaurant, I go for the food, and the food was great. They weren't rude or anything, they just weren't perfect angels with giant smiles, which I don't care about anyway. The Karen mentality is what gives this place bad reviews, like most restaurants in America!“
“I am a huge Jimmy Johns fan! Usually get their Beach Club and Veggie sandwiches! Never disappointed. This location was quick to get my group order delivered. Ample indoor seating ans staff is nice and polite! Recommend placing an order through their app for Freaky fast jimmy John rewards and pickup in store if that works! They usually take 10-15mins to keep the sandwich ready! Parking outside this location can be a pain! But usually since we place a pickup order we rush in and out of this store pretty quick! “Purchased the new Little John #4 and boy was it small. It was free, with my rewards, but not a good value as they are like slims, with no cheese. Not a good value since bread is much smaller than the regular. Better to buy a regular sub and have it cut in half.“
“I can only speak to the service right now because I phoned from Portland today needing a delivery to a meeting in Seattle. I called numerous places within 1.5 miles of the meeting spot and no one would deliver! I finally found Jimmy Johns on Madison and was fortunate enough to speak with Tanya! She not only answered before opening but was so helpful! Tanya working with the delivery driver and was able to get my order for 10 sandwiches confirmed for a 11:45 delivery. At 11:20 I got a call that the meeting was going to have 2 additional people. I called in a panic to the Madison location and just so happen the delivery driver (wish I had gotten his name) answered to phone and told me he was just walking out the door to deliver my order. When I told him I needed 2 more sandwiches he was so pleasant...said no problem he'd make 2 more and get them delivered on time! I felt so taken care of and would definitely recommend this location! “Kudos to Sodo Jimmy John's. My company decided pretty much last minute to have Jimmy John's for lunch for our people. Sodo Jimmy John's stepped up, and even though they had to make a lot more bread, our people enjoyed a delicious lunch. They could have told us to go somewhere else but they made the extra effort during their busiest time to accommodate us. We ought not dismiss this exceptional and all to uncommon professionalism. “6/27/2023 - Got a special order #9 today. Was literally perfect and a great sandwich! These folks are friendly, courteous, and you can hear laughter as they are working hard. It was nice to see a team working so well together and delivering good food. “I was truly amazed by the excellent customer service especially during staffing shortages. My order was sent to the wrong place (through uber) and I called to inform the worker. He states that they currently don't have enough staff members to deliver it themselves. I informed him that it was totally fine and I completely understand if he needs to cancel the order. He refunded my order and delivered it himself within 5 minutes of my phone call. I'm very pleased with the service that Jimmy Johns at Northgate provides.thanks once again. I will continue to order from here as my sandwhich never dissapoints!“
