Kudos to Sodo Jimmy John's. My company decided pretty much last minute to have Jimmy John's for lunch for our people. Sodo Jimmy John's stepped up, and even though they had to make a lot more bread, our people enjoyed a delicious lunch. They could have told us to go somewhere else but they made the extra effort during their busiest time to accommodate us. We ought not dismiss this exceptional and all to uncommon professionalism. Thanks Jimmy John's Sodo Seattle for a great lunch!
While working a Seattle trade show I used the JJ app and had a delivery arrive and it was not what I ordered when I opened it up. I called the number on the receipt and the manager said that I could give my name and number and come it to get what I ordered next time. During the show I walked to the JJ that I normally go to and asked for the manager and learned that I walked to the wrong JJ.
