Feeling really let down. Earlier this week I waited 40 minutes for a sandwich. They were only calling out sandwich numbers then leaving them on the counter. Nothing about the mods. Mine was taken. Left me with a 20/60 minute lunch when I work 4 minutes from the place.
I go in today after making an online order. Things were ready to go and I leave happy ready to eat my lunch. I take a few bites, and there is no meat on my sandwich.

Jimmy John’s has some kind of magic that keep me craving their subs over time. I was pleasantly surprised after months away to find the dysfunction that plagued this location for ages seems to be completely replaced by a well oiled and efficient team. My sandwich arrived quickly with all correct customizations during a super busy lunch hour. Typical experience in the past included excessively long waits and lots of order errors. Good work everyone! Thank you!
Was eating a sandwich I ordered just a bit ago and was horrified to see this little worm wriggling out of my sandwich.
Going to end up throwing out the rest of my order but hopefully this is just a one off...
