Normally Jimmy johns is fire but this time my sandwich tasted lowkey soapy the lettuce and onion tasted like someone took washing vegetables to a new level (I threw it away) but the guy who made my sandwich was pretty chill so
I ordered a turkey tom and a bag of bbq chips and then I asked for a water cup. $15 total when I went to get the water cup i was informed that i was charged for a bottle. A long wait for the sandwich. It seemed like only one of the 5 ppl were working. I typically love Jimmy John's but this was the worst sub I've had. It had one single tiny sliver of turkey on the sandwich. Basically just lettuce and tomato.

The owner keeps replying on the negative comments "that's not how we roll"...but it really is. Long waits, unfriendly staff that would prefer you not order from them is to be expected. They'd benefit from starting prep a little earlier...but that means more wages spent to serve customers so...at least the sandwiches are pretty good.
