I would highly recommend this JJ's! I really don't understand the bad reviews. The people are super nice and the food is exactly what you should be getting at a JJ's! In an area with lots of white collar workers you shouldn't be surprised if they get bogged down at lunch or have occasional mixups. Not vegetarian friendly. It's 2024, vegetarianism is no longer an afterthought. They do have one vegetarian option, and due to (I'm assuming) shrinkflation, my sandwich has millimeter(not even centimeter) sized veggies (3 slices tomato, cucumber) and poor cheese, which amounted to approximately half the size of the meat-filled sandwiches- I was left extremely disappointed on many fronts and won't be back.
