Great customer service. I ordered something for pickup but got a flat tire before I could pick it up. After waiting for a tow truck for 2+ hours, I realized I wasn't going to be able to get to JJ's anytime soon so I called to see if they would be willing to deliver my order instead. While that's not something they can normally just do, they figured out a way to make it happen and made me a fresh order (the original order was 2+ hours old) and delivered it directly...

Not sure if this is a one time thing or if Jimmy Johns just doesn’t give as much as they once did, but my sandwich was pretty weak- barely any meat and the cheese seems to be thinner than i remember. If this is the standard, well… not worth the price at all.

I stopped in here to use the restroom on 8/8 around 4pm. Thank you to the gentleman who was working he was friendly, restroom and lobby was extremely clean which I appreciate! Thank you for having a public restroom....the food good too😂 and I've tried the new toasted sandwiches, wonderful addition to Jimmy Johns!
