Ordered the pad Thai and it came out as hot as I requested so 5 stars. They did not hold back and I love them for that.

It was delicious and the staff were friendly. The interior had exposed rafters and looks good.

“I don't typically leave reviews for fast food, but this experience warrants one. TJ was great! He was extremely calm, polite, and overall good at what he does. The sandwich was built perfectly and he still asked if it was good enough before wrapping it up. It's just another Subway, but TJ's pleasant demeanor made it more than just that. Good job!“

“My experience at this store was elevated by Kathy, the server who prepared my sandwich. It was a pleasure to watch her assemble it with such care and attention, almost like an artist at work. You could genuinely tell she put thought and care into it, as it tasted excellent.

“I arrived to pick up an online order, and it was extremely busy inside. The team working were working so well together being as speedy as possible. My online order wasn't quite ready, and after waiting a while they realized they had a few online sandwich orders waiting to bagged up, one being mine. They were so apologetic and felt bad. I don't have a care in the world that it took a little longer than usual, it was nice to be somewhere with good customer service and to watch a team of staff members working as hard as they were. Shout out to them!“

“Great customer service. I ordered something for pickup but got a flat tire before I could pick it up. After waiting for a tow truck for 2+ hours, I realized I wasn't going to be able to get to JJ's anytime soon so I called to see if they would be willing to deliver my order instead. While that's not something they can normally just do, they figured out a way to make it happen and made me a fresh order (the original order was 2+ hours old) and delivered it directly to me. Now that's good customer service.“
