“Good customer service always makes the biggest difference. The food is decent, what you would expect from Subway. But the biggest difference in comparison to my last subway experience. Was that the guy who made our sandwiches was super nice.“
“The lady was working alone which could be stressful but she handled it very well. She even kindly asked a gentleman if he had a mask and when he said no she politely responded with "would you mind if I offered you one?" I thought she did great. Of course the sandwiches were fantastic.“
“This is probably the best subway I have ever been in. Sounds weird I know but the staff made the sandwiches with speed and precision. Even my kids ate every bit of theirs on site which almost never happens. The two women working the counter were super friendly and knowledgeable about their craft. “I only ordered from this location online, for a class gathering at The Evergreen State College. My bacon breakfast sandwich was exactly what I wanted, and others enjoyed the smoked chicken, brisket, and salad options. The food was delicious, delivered on-time, and the doordash driver was friendly and conveyed the thanks of the owner. I am definitely ordering from Lucky Lunchbox again.“
“This place makes the absolute best sandwiches. I'm not even kidding...they are THE BEST. I would consider my wife and I regulars for this spot and I don't think we have ever had a negative experience. The staff is nice, good atmosphere, and great, high quality food. They also have a patio for outdoor seating and sometimes we bring our dog with us when we sit out there. Not sure if thats actually allowed, but we've never had a problem with it... Overall excellent place. I consider it a Thurston county staple!“
“The Philly beef was hot and delicious. The beef was tender with just the right amount of spice. They wrapped it well. It stayed hot on our walk back to the hotel. And the service was pleasant. It wasn't particularly cheap. But a good sandwich is worth the money.“

“Heard about this place by word of mouth. Hard to miss this place, the windows were sparkling clean and signage was bright and colorful. Walked in to a spotlessly clean business and instantly greeted by a very nice lady who took my order. Ordered a whole Philly cheesesteak. Was cooked fresh and was hot!!! Whole sandwich was packaged as two nice sized sandwiches…. Full after the first one! The bread melts in your mouth and it was very tasty. Will definitely come back and try something else from their huge assortment!
