“Just had lunch at this location! Elizabeth and Candice were super friendly and accommodating, even made my boyfriend his custom "cowabunga" sub. They kept the shop clean, gave us awesome conversation about their shared love for the ninja turtles while they crafted our lunch, and they had lots of drinks in the fridge ( soda machine is out of order right now).“
“Jenn was the one who helped me today, she made me an AMAZING sandwich with only one hand it was like watching a doctor preform a llife saving surgery. After I got my food I started getting mugged by a dwarf for my sandwich bc she just made it so good and when she saw she leaped over the counter and started fighting this small rabid creature she was truly my knight in shining armor as she fought him off with a spatula, not to mention that she was also using ONE HAND because she was using her other to hold up my grandpa due to him passing out at the sight of this garden knome looking man and before I knew it she scared away this little man and brought me back my grandfather and sandwiches, and I asked her to kiss my baby on the cheek like the true American hero she is!!! ❤️❤️❤️?????? ???“
“The store was clean, the staff were excellent and inviting and the food was great! The staff being so inviting and friendly is what got me. We're so used to going out these days and expecting sub par service. This was a refreshing experience that gives hope that there is faith in humanity.“
“Just came out of Great Wolf Lodge. We were so exhausted. Ready to drive home. Quiznos was right there. I thought that would be the best thing to eat. We walked in at 8:30 p.m. they were cleaning up and I felt bad bringing in my three children but we had to eat at least half of our sandwich in the store and then drive home. Stephanie and Christian were there with smiles on their faces and welcomed us in. The Christian made us for foot long Italian subs. They were the best I've had in years. Nice and warm melted cheese and fresh lettuce. It was crunchy. They both were very friendly and helped us to our table. The restroom was very clean. We washed up and ate our meal. “Firehouse makes a good sandwich at a reasonable price. I like the BBQ Brisket sandwich or the Steak and Cheese. The meat is tender and the flavor is great. I've been to Firehouse many times and I've always had a consistently good experience. I'll keep comming back.“

By definition, you won't get "Ritz" level service.2) This particular store doesn't carry g-f bread, hence, a lost star.With that said, the ladies serving were very patient and accommodating: I like my bread toasted first and then again with the meat and cheese (boy how I miss Quiznos!). She even anticipated I would want it toasted twice with narry a blink. Great job! Maybe she should be working at the Ritz!Parking: It is a small parking lot with a rather odd layout shared by other strip mall tenants. Little to no street parking and a maze of streets with limited directions available to get back onto the highway.“
“The food was excellent i was on a long trip cross country and i really really really wanted some good food and oo man was it sure some real good food really made up for the horrible bus ride where the bus driver QUITE LITERALLY ALMOST KILLED US THREE TIMES FROM FALLING ASLEEP AND ALMOST GOING OFF THE ROAD like no seriously he almost killed us one of the passengers literrally called 911 and the bus was pulled over so and the officer let everyone off the bus that wanted to get off i didnt because i was traveling 2,350 miles via greyhound and didnt want to be dropped off in the middle of no where so yeah the sandwich was super good.“
“Friendly workers, clean place, good variety of choices. Limited hours during the week closing at 2 so if you want to give it a try you need to get there early. They can also cater for your event We had a French dip and The Bearcat sandwich. They were pretty good“
