I arrived to pick up an online order, and it was extremely busy inside. The team working were working so well together being as speedy as possible. My online order wasn't quite ready, and after waiting a while they realized they had a few online sandwich orders waiting to bagged up, one being mine. They were so apologetic and felt bad.
