“Not sure why the rating on this location is so low? Is it because it only has a few seats? My daughter and I stopped by for breakfast and observed the staff being extremely welcoming, accommodating, and courteous. They knew several customers by name and even helped an older gentleman with his Starbucks account when he was having trouble. It’s not a drive through, but if you’re looking to grab and go and become a regular who’s known by name, this is the place.“

“I have never had a bad experience at this Starbucks on Cooper point and Black Lake Boulevard. It is the only one in the Olympia area that I go to. The service here is impeccable, starting with Siobhan. But I wonder if they did some additional training, because the service I have received in the last few weeks has been off the charts friendly. I love friendly experiences while I go about my day and this Starbucks is really delivering. Bonus points for always getting my order correct. Thanks all!!“

“Had a good experience there. At the time there was only 1 lady upfront working. And even though she was by herself she did a really good job at keeping up! She was very polite and kept a smile on her faceGot the Chocolate Cookie Crumble Crème Frap. Is was super good! Also had the cute snowman cookie“

“Warm receptive environment from store employees upon my entry into the store when I asked for needed assistance. What made my visit even more enjoyable was the offer of free coffee, a gesture that enabled me to sit down and relax while I also took advantage of free wi-fi access. A very pleasurable visit.“
“I couldn't get My usual coffee from this location this morning because of a power outage, so I went to a different location.
I will tell you that this location makes a completely different level of coffee. From the service to the product. This location is the best around.
And the staff are all sweethearts. Especially the morning crew (Paige, Abigail, and Chloe).
I can't stress enough how disappointed I was on the other location.

“My husband and I came here for coffee and I wanted a keto latte: diabetics have to keep carbs down. The barista said she didn't know about that, and the manager overheard so she came over quickly and explained that the staff members were not trained in keto products but she knew exactly what I wanted. She explained it to the staff and I ended up getting the best keto latte that I have ever had. THANK you to the manager here!!!“

“I’ve got to say of all the Starbucks I’ve been to in the US and le meh tell ya I’ve been to aLoT this particular location is hands down my favorite to land at! Layout is great and time ⏱is of no concept which is rare 😉 Thanks a bunch for consistency and know how to get a chunky guy well sorted 😜“

“They are very friendly here, got the special requests right and informed me of the points I could use. Thank you! I will be honest not a drip coffee fan, and am kind of boring on that front, but I really enjoy some of the fun drinks - twists and they have healthy options to eat as well as plenty of sweet ones. Their lemon loaf beats anyone else's hands down.“
