Warm receptive environment from store employees upon my entry into the store when I asked for needed assistance. What made my visit even more enjoyable was the offer of free coffee, a gesture that enabled me to sit down and relax while I also took advantage of free wi-fi access. A very pleasurable visit.
I think they have a very good selection and if they don't have what you are looking for they will order it in for you. The store is very organized but there is never anyone available to help you unless you go searching for them....I have never had someone approach me and ask if I needed help. But I love the store...it's got the greatest variety.
